Role and Responsibility Allocation (Azentra Team)

Based on the experience and expertise of each member, roles for the WorkNest project are allocated as follows:

Business Analyst (BA) - Nguyễn Thu Thảo

As the product initiator and shaper, Thu Thảo is primarily responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team.

  • Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements, translating them into documents like the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
  • Creates User Stories, Use Cases, Flow-charts using Draw.io, and initial Wireframes using Figma to visualize the system's workflow.

UI/UX Designer - Lê Thị Hương Thảo

Responsible for the entire user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for both the web-based Admin Portal and the Mobile Application.

  • Based on the BA's documentation, she will design detailed User Flows, Mockups, and create complete Figma interfaces, ensuring aesthetics, ease of use, and brand consistency.

Backend Developer - Nguyễn Văn Hiền

With deep experience in .NET and system architecture, Hiền plays a key role in designing the backend architecture, selecting technology, and managing the database (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).

  • He is responsible for developing robust, stable, and secure RESTful APIs for all features, ensuring data is processed efficiently and securely.

Frontend (Web) Team - Phạm Minh Đức & Đoàn Ngọc Quốc Bảo

  • Phạm Minh Đức: With experience in VueJS and NuxtJS, Đức will shape and build the Core Frontend Web. He will set up the project architecture on Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and TypeScript, create reusable UI components, manage state, and ensure web application performance.
  • Đoàn Ngọc Quốc Bảo: Bảo will work closely with Đức to transform Hương Thảo's Figma designs into complete pages and modules on the Vue/Nuxt.js platform. He will integrate APIs from the backend to implement features on the Admin Portal, ensuring the user interface is smooth and interactive.

Mobile Developer - Phạm Văn Nhất

As a mobile app development expert, Nhất is primarily responsible for building the WorkNest application for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and Dart.
