- Create & Manage Projects: Set up projects, assign members, set deadlines, and define goals.
- Task Boards: An intuitive Kanban interface to manage tasks by status (To-Do, In Progress, Done). Supports drag-and-drop, assignee assignment, priority setting, and deadlines.
- Roadmap & Gantt Chart: Visualize project progress over time and the dependencies between tasks.
- Document Management: Upload, share, and version control project-related documents.
2. Collaboration & Communication:
- Discussion Channels: Create chat channels by project, team, or topic. Supports @mentions, emojis, and file attachments.
- Task Comments: Discuss directly on each task to clarify requirements and update progress.
- Notifications & Alerts: A personalized notification system for important updates, upcoming deadlines, or new task assignments.
3. Resource & Time Management:

Role and Responsibility Allocation (Azentra Team)
Business Analyst - Thu Thao Nguyen:
Responsible for market research and gathering requirements from target businesses to define core features and business workflows for ProConnect. Creates detailed Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents, User Stories, and process diagrams (Flow-chart, Use Case Diagram) to shape the product.
UI/UX Designer - Thao Le:
Designs the entire user experience and interface for the ProConnect web application. Creates Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes using Figma, ensuring the interface is intuitive, easy to use, modern, and optimized for teamwork.
Backend Developer - Van Hien Nguyen:
Designs the backend system architecture for ProConnect, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. Develops robust RESTful APIs using .NET to handle business logic for project management, tasks, communication, and reporting. Manages and designs the database (using SQL Server) to store project, user, task, and time data.
Frontend (Web) Team - Minh Duc Pham & Quoc Bao Doan:
Minh Duc Pham: Leads the setup of the frontend architecture using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and TypeScript. He will build core components, manage application state, and ensure a solid frontend foundation for ProConnect.
Quoc Bao Doan: Converts UI/UX designs from Figma into interactive pages and modules on the web application. He will integrate backend APIs to implement features for project management, task boards, communication, and reporting, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
