Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in both English and Vietnamese to gather and clarify requirements
• Design wireframes using Figma, Pencil to visualize user interfaces
• Create system flow diagrams with draw.io to explain processes clearly
• Prepare and maintain key documents including SRS, BRD, PRD, and other specifications
• Assist developers during implementation, clarifying requirements and resolving issues
• Participate in feature validation and provided feedback to ensure business needs were met

The goal is to optimize the purchasing process, manage costs effectively, and maintain an appropriate inventory level. Additionally, the system assists in monitoring and analyzing purchasing data, thereby supporting efficient decision-making in procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews with restaurant managers and staff to gather detailed business needs
• Document functional and non-functional requirements (user stories, use cases, business process flows)
• Design wireframes and UI to illustrate order and store management workflows
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements alignment during system implementation
• Support post-implementation monitoring and collected feedback for continuous improvements

Room Management Project

The project's purpose is to provide the most effective solution, meeting the needs of overall management of motel rooms. Helps save time, every step in the management process is carried out according to a certain process, it is very difficult for mistakes or errors to occur in every process.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manual processes and identified pain points in booking and room status tracking
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly dashboards for hotel staff
• Develop requirement traceability matrix (RTM) to track implementation progress
• Provide training documents and onboarding support for room operations staff
